Welcome

“I think one’s art goes as far and as deep as one’s love goes. I see no reason for painting but that. If I have anything to offer, it is my emotional contact with the place where I live and the people I do”

-Andrew Wyeth

PIRATES

"Tattoo's Revenge" or maybe "Little Revenge". Charcoal drawings after the "Raiders of the Seven Seas" movie, filmed in 1953. I was thinking about the child pirate in the film named Tattoo. He is taken under Barbarossa's wing and led frolicking into a battlefield where he kills a Spanish officer. Barbarossa comforts him afterwords by saying, "Sorry Tattoo, small revenge for those women and babies"  I don't know how far I will take this, but current world news and brought the idea back to mind.

Obviously doing well
